Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to the metro and shopping areas, making it convenient for my morning hospital appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in London! The hotel was spacious with all the facilities I needed, making it an excellent value for money.
