Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to the metro and shopping areas, making it convenient for my morning hospital appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in London! The hotel was spacious with all the facilities I needed, making it an excellent value for money. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of where I wanted to be, surrounded by great shopping spots and close to the underground for exploring the city.
